1. About the Service

Resett.ai ("Resett", "we", "us") is an AI-assisted mediation platform that helps parties resolve disputes outside of court. The service is provided by North Property AS, org. no. 931 725 564, and is available at resett.ai.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating a case or using the service, you accept these terms. If you do not agree to the terms, you must not use the service.

3. Description of the Service

Free dispute analysis referencing relevant legislation.
AI-assisted mediation between two or more parties.
Generation of an agreement based on what the parties agree to.

4. Not Legal Advice

Resett provides legal information, not legal advice. The AI mediator references relevant legislation but does not replace a lawyer. We recommend seeking professional legal advice if the dispute is complex or has significant financial consequences.

5. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring the information you provide is accurate.
You must not use the service for unlawful purposes.
You must treat other parties in the mediation with respect.
You are responsible for determining whether an agreement reached through Resett is right for you.

6. Pricing and Payment

Analysis is free. Creating a mediation case costs 49 NOK per case. A Business subscription is available at 499 NOK/month. All prices include VAT. Payment is processed via Stripe. Once a case is created and invitations have been sent, no refunds are given.

7. Login and Electronic Signature

Creating cases and participating in mediation requires login via Google or email (magic link). Agreements are signed electronically via authenticated click-acceptance. Both parties receive a copy as a PDF.

8. Agreements and Signing

Agreements generated through Resett are based on what the parties themselves have agreed to. Resett is not a party to the agreement and is not responsible for its content. Signed agreements are generated as PDFs and may be used as documentation.

9. Limitation of Liability

Resett is not responsible for the outcome of the mediation or for any loss arising from use of the service. The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the AI mediator always provides correct legal information.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on resett.ai, including design, logo, text and code, belongs to North Property AS. Legislation content is used under applicable open licences.

11. Changes

We reserve the right to change these terms. Significant changes will be notified via email or on the website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
